Diamond Brew Coffee Concentrate
Diamond Brew is a special brewing method that uses heat and pressure to create a rich, concentrated coffee. Costa Rica Terrazu (medium roast) - From Costa Rica’s high-altitude farms, this coffee offers a clean, balanced profile with soft notes of toasted almond, caramelized sugar, and a hint of citrus. Roasted to a medium-dark level, it brings out a smooth sweetness with just enough brightness to keep each sip lively. $5 hot/cold, $6 latte
Terruno Nayarita (medium roast) - A natural Mexican coffee produced by growers near the extinct volcano Cerro San Juan near the capital of Nayarita. The distinct soils and mineral content give this coffee a bright floral and citrus taste. $5 hot/cold, $6 latte
Wilton Benitez Striped Bourbon (light roast) - A new variety from one of our most talked about coffee producers: a striped bourbony! This is first time JBC has ever featured the striped bourbon variety and coming from Wilton Benitez it certainly does not disappoint. It’s creamy, juicy, and boasts so many lovely fruit and floral notes like candied mango, guava, peach candy, white tea, rose, orange, and candied banana. $7 hot/cold

Our Domingo Torres Geisha (Norte de Santander, Ragonvalia, Colombia) is a classic representation of what makes the Geisha variety so special. It’s crisp and silky with tasting notes of jasmine, mimosa, white grape, and pomegranate.
La Esperanza Mandela$8.50 - A brand new, ultra exclusive variety! Introducing our La Esperanza Mandela Natural Anaerobic. unique variety with an anaerobic fermentation and natural processing and the result is a plush and winey coffee with intriguing fruit and floral notes. We found this coffee to be super unique with tasting notes of sangria, red grape, guava, red apple, and berries.
