Diamond Brew Coffee Concentrate
Diamond Brew is a special brewing method that uses heat and pressure to create a rich, concentrated coffee. By carefully controlling the amount of water, it highlights the natural character of each coffee without adding bitterness. The result is a vibrant and smooth coffee experience, full of depth and nuance.

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (medium roast) - Grown at high elevations in Ethiopia’s famed Yirgacheffe region, this coffee delivers a rich, grounded expression of its origin—balancing hints of dried stone fruit and bittersweet cocoa with a smooth, rounded body. Roasted to a medium-dark level, its floral brightness is mellowed into warm, spiced undertones and a lingering finish. $5 hot/cold, $6.50 latte
Ethiopia Dumerso (light roast) - This coffee is produced on small farms of 1-12 acres in size, in the renowned Yirgacheffe region. A top tier washed Ethiopian coffee with sweet tea, nectarine, and honey notes. $5 hot/cold
Sochiapam Mexico (light roast) - We love this winey and floral coffee from the Sochiapam municipality in Mexico. It boasts tasting notes of purple grape, cranberry, sugar plum, and apple. We called it lovely, zingy, sweet, and jammy. It’s delicious. $6 hot/cold

Pour Over is a classic brewing method where hot water is slowly poured over ground coffee, allowing for a clean, bright, and layered flavor. It brings out the delicate notes and clarity of each coffee, offering a smooth and refined experience.

Our Domingo Torres Geisha (Norte de Santander, Ragonvalia, Colombia) is a classic representation of what makes the Geisha variety so special. It’s crisp and silky with tasting notes of jasmine, mimosa, white grape, and pomegranate.
La Esperanza Mandela $8.50 - A brand new, ultra exclusive variety! Introducing our La Esperanza Mandela Natural Anaerobic from Valle del Cauca, Columbia. unique variety with an anaerobic fermentation and natural processing and the result is a plush and winey coffee with intriguing fruit and floral notes. We found this coffee to be super unique with tasting notes of sangria, red grape, guava, red apple, and berries.
Freezer Jam: Elkin Guzman Thermal Shock Tabi $8.50 - El Mirador’s Tabi coffee is a true innovation, cultivated by the Guzman family, who bring over 70 years of expertise to the lush hills of Huila, Colombia. The Tabi variety, a cross between Typica, Bourbon, and Híbrido de Timor, was developed for its resilience while maintaining exceptional cup quality.
